Rev.Sereta Collington
Sereta Collington is a gifted and accomplished woman of God. She is a pastor in Baltimore District AME churches. She is a wife, mother, and the author of Scripture Memorization Journal, Becoming One with Christ, the Through Journal, and Greater is in You. Her life calling is to teach the Word of God and help others develop an intimate relationship with God, which she incorporates with her passion for spiritual journaling.
As an acclaimed journaling workshop presenter, she has a Master of Divinity from Knox Theological Seminary, two Bachelor's degrees: A Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, and a Master of Education.
She is the author of several books, including Greater is in You. This book is written to help Christians understand how to use the power within them to live a life that is pleasing to God. Rev. Collington believes journaling is an assertive spiritual discipline; her favorite quote is that journaling is a way to hear God. Reading our Bible is listening to God; journaling is writing what we hear as God speaks to our heart."
She aims to help everyone dig deeper into the Scriptures to find the spiritual strength to live an active, confident life and impact the world. As the Pastor, she fully committed herself to inspiring others through the Word of God. Through her books, she shared what she learned through her spiritual journey, reflecting her passion for applying God's Word to real-life and individual growth.
